Dr. Banja Junhasavasdikul, Chairman of the Rubber Division, Polymer Society of Thailand; Dr. Julathep Kajornchaiyakul, Executive Director of the National Metal and Materials Technology Center; and Dr. Chaya Chandavasu, Senior Vice President, Sustainability and Corporate Branding of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited, participated in the panel discussion in the opening ceremony of “Green technology and circular economy” academic talk. Moreover, Mr. Tanachart Ralsiripong, AVP, Specialty Business and Corporate Development of Thai Wah Public Company (TWPC) and technical expertise and researchers from various organizations that are successful and working on this aspect joined the talk on the topic of “Biodegradable for single-use replacement and additives for Improving the performance of Biodegradable product” to share knowledge to scholars, researchers, industrialists, and relevant person to pay close attention and to find ways to develop green technology and circular economy in order to maximize the benefit to the development of Thai industry.
This seminar was divided into four main topics which are Green Polymer, Biodegradable for single-use replacement and additives for Improving performance of Biodegradable product, Post consumer plastic recycle and Waste disposal and utilization. The event took place at Thailand Science park Convention Center, Pathum Thani.
